You could write "She's got some nerve!" (non-plural with emphasis on the word some), or "She's got nerves!"; that would sound more grammatically correct :)

Another alternative would be "She has nerves of steel!" or "She's got nerves of steel!", both would sound correct

If you wanted to emphasize rudeness/audacity, then yes, "She's got some nerve!" would be the perfect choice for that :)
