I'm a bit bored. I want to draw better and to gain experience so I can create insane pieces. But I know I'll never be satisfied.

So I'll just continue to draw. Simply because I want to. Doesn't matter if there's some things I don't know how to do. I'll eventually figure it out later, or never.

Sometimes you just got to not care at all, if you want to take care of yourself.

    This is Routine's philosophy.

To be content with life. To live with the flow, because you don't know when the hurricane will come. And you don't know when it will stop.

So instead of punching water, just, let yourself be guided by the wind.

You could call it "being passive", I call it "being in peace".

    Anyway, second kitty

That's a good mentality, to take it easy. I'm not sure if you mean the same thing- I get bored of drawing when the things I'm working on are never coming out like in my head. Digital art is very clunky to me even still. I like pencil+pen+paper more, but digital is only way I can get colors.

Good luck on your journey! Whenever I feel stuck, I like to make tea and go back to practicing basics anatomy or trying a landscape or something. That way you don't have to use so much energy thinking of original compositions.

    Thank you!

I started drawing despite this short worry, put some music and just drew without knowing what I'm doing, it was good :)

We are often *way too* critical of our own work, so knowing that we will never be satisfied while doing our work isn't really a problem : it's better to be satisfied once finishing our work, and it's enough!

Digital can be tricky, there's so much options! Opacity, line width, brushes, blending modes... (๏ᆺ๏υ)

I started drawing landscapes too :3
    Thank you again!!!
