I read of nekoweb on some forums and I feel like Neocities might be a better choice :3

I read that Neocities was older (by a couple years, but still) than nekoweb and a bit more popular.
Apparently, nekoweb devs are on discord too, but I kinda want to get away from communication companies (Discord,Twitter, Instagram, etc...).
internet forums are being left out today because of them.
But that's just my opinion :3
And i have a pretty good experience with neocities so far so it's nice! :)
@SouSTAR nekoweb was in development for a while yea, since it was inspired from neocities.
you can contact them via email too.
I've used multiple 'static' web hosts (including neocities, w3spaces and many more) and IMO nekoweb is better. anyways, it's up to you to decide, sorry if i talk stupid

A page that tell a bit about me and a page that tell about my art (inspirations, how long I've been drawing,...)
I also looked at other people website and I saw they had chat boxes, polls and even boxes where you draw and you can send the drawing to the site owner!
A lot of things I would like to add, also making the site prettier!
