@SouSTAR I 'think' it takes a few minutes until an account that's scheduled for deletion gets removed. Probably a precaution against somebody having a sneeze and deleting the wrong account by accident... ;)

Congrats on those points, but if it's _that_ serious, a PM to Tom Fulp might be quicker and easier.
If you want to farm whistle points, just open a random review section or check "E"-rated submissions to the Art Portal...
