Ahh this is so nice of you to do! Thanks for being super cool also, you made my short time here on NG very special αŠβ€’Μ€κˆŠβ€’ΜαŠ

@Viathine
And so you did! :D
What you do is really incredible :)

NG really is such a haven, no community is more tight knit, thank you for being willing enough to share your art publicly. Also agree about Viathine easily one of the best new artists on here their shit is so cool

@LordofRealty
Thank you for your words of support. I'm still doubting/anxious about sharing my work on the internet especially, fearing about all these artworks from other artists that gets stolen. I don't want it to happen to me. Maybe I've done a mistake, but it's too late, what's on the internet stays forever (until they're not revelant anymore).

I may have gone too fast, I don't know. I don't really know anything. I always act before thinking.

But at the same time, when I see all these other people who share their work on the net and actually get popular, their work published, selling merch, collabing with other people, often professionals, and actually having a powerful, set, and active "presence", like "here he is, ArtistGuy263. The guy who made RandomCartoonOnTheNet", it actually inspire me. I wanna be like them.

A lot of babble, but just wanted to share my thoughts. Thank you again.

And yes Viathine is super cool! :D
Newgrounds staying Newgrounds since the 90s.

(Edit : by speaking about these internet artists who became super important, I was thinking of many mangakas like ONE, the original author of One Punch Man (he originally posted OPM on his blog) , Tomoki Izumi, author of Mieruko-chan (originally posted it as a webcomic on twitter) and, of course, the many other NG artists like speedoru!)

Real one !!

@SouSTAR I understand your anxiety about it all, but there is no too fast or too slow. Many artists started off here on NG and blew up to massive heights, true, but you're looking at their end result and not at their start, they made dogshit! For years!! Years and years. But when they started, they made what they made for the fun of it, and cause it's something they have passion for. The numbers came after.

Don't create for the sake of wanting to be like...on tv or something, theres much faster, cheaper, and more efficient ways to reach stardom on the internet. The ones you look up to never started by chasing the dragon of an algorithm. They were just having fun. Now, artwork getting stolen, that happens to everyone, especially with web scrapers and ai using all public work on the entire internet to train on, it's just unavoidable. Big artists that get their shit stolen, however, still make things for the sake of making things, even if they put themselves in the position of it being the only way they can sustain themselves. Don't let boogie-men fears of some *possibility* stop you from just having fun, and doing the things that make you happy. Just hone what you do, always improve, and always look forward, and once you become the best at what *you* do, people *will* notice. It's guaranteed.

Finally, uhh...I think most of your fears AND desires don't really apply here on NG, in a way. NG userbase is pathetically small compared to the rest of the internet! There's nobody here! Comparatively to twitter, especially youtube, blusky, instagram, tiktok...theres nobody here. Look at the front page art on here, its like...1k views??? Thats nothing!!! It's just a different era of internet compared to like 2004, but thats why its special, why its tight knit. Thats why if you wanna post your art anywhere, it should always at least be right here. If you stay here, you don't have to be afraid of assholes stealing and reposting, and you probably won't hit some gold mine success like if you made shit on tiktok or posted to reddit or smth. It's just a nice little sanctuary carved out and maintained, not controlled by eldritch algorithms that only exist to maximize engagement on the platform, at least in my eyes.

Thats a lot of words. Keep drawing! You'll always have this place, if any.

awwsss, sorry for seeing it until now thank u!!!! and I can also say that your art is very cute :33

@Alfy-calv0
Thank you!! :D
