I think the cop in 'Drive safely!' ( https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/soustar/drive-safely ) turned out very well. The dynamic of the gun arm synergized nicely with the angle. And the "bent" gun works well with movement and the "simple" comic style.
(Please note that I do not know proper "Art terminology".)
