There's nothing selfish in wanting to draw more because you're not taking anything from anyone!
It's ironic that we're uncertain about how to approach uncertainty (´◡`)
But I guess we see the future depending on our experience, depending on whether it was positive or negative!

I don't really like hospital personally : seeing sick people, the doctor touching me, talking about things I don't understand... I know hospital are the least dangerous place to be but something about it make me feel uncomfortable... Dunno.
I didn't understand the scene where Doctor touched At-tan for these reasons

Yeah, in real life hospitals are famously exploitative and staff are scummy.

With that scene, it's At-tan, being touched by a man in a way that's not sexual and the personal attention from someone who has a genuine soul. The environment with him is sterile, gentle and focused, all of it can be intoxicating. Mind you, it's perspective from a straight woman getting break from predatory cycle of the outside world- if you understand it is more like that, and less about my bias for the hospital itself. Anyone can understand. Doctor himself is an anomaly, though.
