I have some news to share! :3

-first, I'm starting a new little project named "Coloria"

It will be little simple illustrations with some text :)

I started with some illustrations, and they're mainly based on emotions, using simple colors, no more than 4 and in a sketchy style. I noticed It's easier and more enjoyable for me to draw this way.

Some are more weird than others, I really want to play with this weirdness.

I always wanted to create (write or draw) emotional stories, that would leave an impact on the viewer, but I always suck about it.

I struggle with theme and style, I made a news post about it, and even spoke about it with 2 very kind and incredible artists.

Y'all are very helpful and i can't thank you all enough for your help!

So from now on, I'll stop worrying about my ever-changing style and theme. I can't stick with one in particular? Then be it.

I can't write or draw something deep? Then again, be it.

It's honestly weird that I can't stick with one theme. Usually, someone like something and will write and draw about it, but I love a lot of different things, some that doesn't even match together.

For instance, I like "Girl's Last Tour" from TsukumiZ, a manga about philosophy and whether Life is worth living for, portrayed by two girls living in a barren, post-apocalyptic world.

But I also like "Gunsmith Cat", a very "edgy" OVA from the 90's from Kenichi Sonoda. It's completely different from Girl's Last Tour: it's about two bounty hunters with a lot of car chases, guns, explosions, and everything about the super cool US of A. Far different from the more sensible story that is Girl's Last Tour.

I can't match my ideas, even though I like to match other concepts. I love "categorizing" things. But oddly enough, not my ideas.

(My mom told me that when I was a child, I liked getting all my toys out, and sorting them by their color, one pile for red toys, one pile for green toys, etc...)

So this will be what Coloria will be about. Things that don't match. Things that are weird, innocent, and that directly speak to you, the viewer.

For example :

A little girl who just don't want to be president, but is sure to accomplish it, nearly threatening you about it!

"and nobody can stop me"

Please tell me what you think of it/tell me your criticism about Coloria! :D

Could I be put in trouble for this? If I were to be more popular, and selling products in the name "Soustar", would I be stopped from doing this?

It's a bit like if I named myself "Microsoft"...

I don't know if I should ask this question in the forums...

Or even asking legal questions to people...
