Something i often told myself is that if I hate myself, I wouldn't be able to help myself, because afterall, I won't help someone I hate. That's natural.
So loving ourselves is best thing to do because it make you want to help yourself. And loving yourself doesn't mean "being proud" or "being selfish".
It only means that you want to protect yourself both from the exterior and the interior (yourself)

Some people don't take good care of themselves because of self hate and they often also do a lot of reckless things without much thought, so it is very important to appreciate yourself and be confident with everything you do! :>
